Jack Park (변호사 박승호 )

Jack Park is a partner and attorney at Park Legal Solutions, PLC. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Michigan, New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  With more than 10 years of legal education and experience in both the U.S. and South Korea, Mr. Park has worked on a myriad of cases and prepared legal documents in the areas of immigration law, civil and criminal law, and administrative law among others. 

After graduating from law school in Korea, Jack Park worked as a chief legal assistant at a law office in South Korea, working with lawyers and clients by preparing legal documents, interviewing and counseling clients, drafting complaints, interrogatories, briefs, and answers for civil, criminal trials, and administrative matters.

In the U.S., Mr. Park worked as an intern at the Washtenaw Probate Court in which he gained experience of probate law and  procedure,  While attending the University of Toledo College of Law, he also worked at the Office of International Student and Scholar Services, where he focused on immigration law and procedures for international students and H-1B foreign workers working for the University.

Residing in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mr. Park also works to give back to his community. He completes his pro bono work with the Michigan Immigration Rights Center, assisting indigent clients in Michigan. In addition, he assists members of the Korean community by providing free legal consultations to clients with demonstrated need, helping them to navigate the legal system in their native language. Mr. Park is constantly making efforts to better the lives of both recent and long term residents in the diverse community of Ann Arbor.

David T. Madden
Senior Attorney (Of Counsel)

David is an Attorney and Counselor for Park Legal Solutions, LCC attorney.  He obtained his law degree from Florida State University College of Law, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, United States Eastern Federal District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals 6th Circuit.  In addition to his law degree, David holds a masters degree in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin, and a masters in International Peace & Conflict Studies from the Joan P. Kroc School of Peace Studies at the University of San Diego. He also is a certified civil claims mediator.  

Prior to Madden & Associates, David held the position of Attorney at Peterson & Associates, PLLC in Southfield.   In addition, he clerked at Starkman Group, PC, in Southfield and  Jaafar and Mahdi Law Office in Dearborn Michigan.  He has also interned at the Office of the Public Defender of Washtenaw County, Legal Services of North Florida.  Prior to pursuing a law degree, David worked as a Judicial Information Analyst for the Office of Court Administration in Austin, Texas; Policy Advisor at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in Chicago, Illinois, and Policy Analyst at Compassion and Choices of Portland, Oregon. 
 
David was born in New York City  before moving to Ann Arbor Michigan in 1980.  He served in the United States Peace Corps in Guatemala from 2001-2003. He specializes in civil litigation including matters related to real-estate, employment, civil rights, personal injury and consumer protection, as well as immigration.
